When you click on "Purchase" at the checkout, you offer to buy the Goods at the prices indicated including any delivery charges that apply to your purchase. All orders will be subject to these conditions. If your order is accepted, and the item is in stock, a confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as possible. We retain the right to cancel the order as set out under the 'cancellation' heading.
Goods will be delivered within 7 days if the items are in stock and you will be advised of this by e-mail shortly after placing you order. If items are not in stock you will be advised of the expected delivery date.
Guaranteed delivery dates will not apply if we fail to deliver on time for reasons beyond our control.
Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct. Measurements given are approximate. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of colour reproduction, colour may vary in accordance the settings of your monitor, software, or printer. As some items are hand-made there will be slight variations from item to item.
Cancellation notice: under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any item or service, apart from items personalised for you. You may cancel your order by sending us a letter, fax or e-mail cancellation at any time up to and including the seventh day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after the day on which you receive your purchase. If you exercise your statutory rights to cancel you must immediately return the unwanted items following the packaging instructions in the "Guarantee" section (below).
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to technical error or error in pricing information, Lavender & Lace shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. Lavender & Lace shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Lavender & Lace shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
No order is binding on you or Lavender & Lace until we have accepted it. You will own the items we supply you from the moment they are put in the hands of the postal service, or with our carriers, or on payment in full of the price of the Goods and any delivery charge, whichever is later.

Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.
Online Ordering from Lavender and Lace is simple and secure. Just enter the quantity of an item you would like to order and click the 'Add to basket' button. You may do this for as many items as you like, and view the contents of your basket at any time using the SHOPPING BASKET link at the bottom left of the page.
When you are ready to complete your purchase, click the 'Buy Now' button, and you will be taken to the 'Your Lavender and Lace ' page, where your purchases are totalled and carriage is added.
Enter your name and address for delivery, and credit card details, and click the 'Place Order!' button.
You will receive confirmation of your order by e mail. If the item is not in stock you will also be informed by e mail.
Your order will be processed in complete safety on our Secure Server, and if the item is in stock despatched to you within 48 hours. You should allow 21 days for delivery.

RETURNING YOUR LAVENDER AND LACE PRODUCT
We hope you will love your Lavender and Lace purchase, but if you find it unsuitable or are not entirely satisfied, provided you notify us within 7 days and return it to us within 28 days unused and in its original packaging and in perfect condition and with a completed returns form, you will be entitled to a refund or replacement.
Return postage is not refundable and we recommend that all items be returned by registered post.
We are unable to accept responsibility of any goods until they are received by us, nor can we accept responsibility for any goods damaged in transit whilst being returned to us.
In the instance whereby goods received by you are deemed to be faulty we will refund the reasonable cost incurred by you in retuning the goods.

The delivery charge is £4.75 per order unless otherwise stated. Please allow 21 days for normal postal deliveries.
